This is the rebirth of F3B at Home. Do you remember? After my experience as helper of the Spanish team in the F3B WC in Laappenranta I have decide to make a "relaunch" of F3B at Home. Maybe the new name should be F3B at Blog but I prefer to go on with the old name. So welcome to my blog!

FS5 is not a F3B plane...? You are kidding!!!!!
First "reviews" about FS5 explain us FS5 is a F3F and DS plane. Well... I invite you to check Martin Herrig results in Kirchheim Open last weekend. Looking FS5 performance in F3B contest I think FS6 will be able to bend space-time in Distance and Speed Tasks... :-P

Sad news...
We received a very sad new on Friday throw Michael Seyfang and Uli Trautwein. Our friend Hans-Peter Gölz passed last Tuesday. I send my sincere condolences to the family. I will always have two memories about him. First, his nice welcome every year we competed in Kirchheim Open and second, his big smile in Lappenranta Banquet after reach first place in Team classification after lot of years performing as Team Manager.
Nice flights Hansi!!!!

F3B Easter
We don't have too much days to prepare Colmar Contest so Dani and me made an intensive training of three sessions Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon. We burn very fast our 4 winch batteries on Friday so we brought 8 units for next days. Launches were not our best but our pathes were quiet good. Two more trainings left before my hellish month (Colmar, Kirchheim and Montauban), as runners use to say: "No pain, no gain"!!!!!

Exhausted...
What a weekend!!!!! More than 30 flights and more than 1000 km... I don't remember If I had flown so many before... I am very thanked to Roland Henninot for his help. It's very nice to fly and land in a ground with good grass (Pla de Vent ground looks a sandpaper :-P) We make lot of flights with Michel Castell who met with us on Saturday afternoon and Sunday early morning.
Every week my Radical Jazz and myself are improving looking for hellish month: Colmar, Kirchheim and Montauban. I will fly one more time in Montauban before Colmar if I have a free weekend. I will rest next weekend but I will go to Santa Coloma Slope for F3F Club Contest and some practice with my new T12Z.
Good weekend for everybody!!!!!!

Weekend with no f3b :-(
We had 60" contest on Saturday and weather didn't look nice for Sunday so I didn't fly f3b last weekend :-( After lot of time I flew my old smashed Ocelot linked with my new T12Z. It was a good chance to use my thumbs with new sticks. Scores were bad.I flew with no ballast in round 2,3 and 4 (bad decission) and Ocelot was not really trimmed. At least I made a good time in last round when I decided to fly with full ballast :-P I hope to perform better in next Ocelot Cup on 22nd May
Sunday was a relaxed day preparing some stuff in case I go to France next weekend and time to play with my new gadget to gauge deflections of my Radical Jazz. An aileron servo is making me crazy. I have some problem with wiring or conections because some times servo is off. I will avoid conectors and I (well... my dad) will solder wiring. Cross fingers my friends!!!!!!
